RNA-mediated interference
siRNA specifically targeting mouse Cebpb and nontargeting control siRNA were purchased from GenePharma Company. siRNA was transfected into BMDMs using INVI DNA RNA Transfection Reagent according to the manufacturer’s in structions (Invigentech). Cells were used 48 h after transfection.
